Admissions Number

The school admissions number (PAN) is currently 22. 

Reception year

Children are admitted to school at the beginning of the autumn term following their fourth birthday. However parents can request that the date their child is admitted to school is deferred until later in the school year or until the child reaches compulsory school age in that school year, or that their child attends part-time until they reach compulsory school age. Children will have the opportunity to visit classes and meet their teacher prior to admission thus enabling a smooth and secure transition to full time education. Parents wishing to visit the school before applying for a place are most welcome.

For children due to start school in September 2024 you can apply for a place from Monday 6th November 2023 until midnight on 14th January 2024.

Older children

If you wish to apply for a place for an older child you should speak to the Headteacher who will be able to advise you on the number of places available in your child’s year group. A place for your child cannot be guaranteed, even if you move into the school's normal area. If the school is oversubscribed your application will be decided in accordance with the admissions criteria.

We understand that sometimes families move home at short notice. In such cases we will make every effort to ensure that your child is able to start school as soon as possible.
