The return of British Science Week!

This term we get a whole week to explore different areas of science so Robins class will be conducting different experiments throughout the week. Mini scientists in the making!

In Design Technology, we will be creating our own picture frames. We will learn: how to join different materials, how to saw safely using a bench hook and how to use a triangle join for strength. Hopefully the finished product will be strong enough to go on their bedroom wall!

This term we will continue to focus on world geography; comparing two very different capital cities. We will find out:

• Where to find London and Beijing on a map, 
• How big they are, including their population size,
• Any human and physical features, such as key landmarks.
