Why was it called the Stone age?

How were the tools used to create homes, clothing, food (hunting)?

Stone age people were hunter gatherers – but how did they survive?

When and why did to move to the bronze age – how did it change?  How did they develop? What tools did they develop?

Why was it called the iron age?
