We used Beebots to create an algorithm to move around the maps. We also leaned how to debug f the algorithm didn’t work correctly.

We have been exploring micro habitats to see what mini beasts we can find.

Trip to the church’s Christmas tree festival

The children made deigned building using Purple Mash. We then recreated The Great Fire of London, showing the children how the fire started in a bakery on Pudding Lane and spreading through London. The children then passed the bucket down to help extinguish the fire like they did in 1666 passing buckets down the line.

In DT we have been analysing and rating the presentation, texture and most importantly taste of a variety of biscuits.

The Great Fire has demolished London! We need to start rebuilding. The children used teamwork, communication skills and resilience to start making shelters for victims of the fire to live in.

We have been learning about The Great Fire of London. We put Thomas Farriner on trial for the fire. Is he guilty or not guilty?

The children used teamwork to be firefighters and put out The Great Fire that was spreading across London!
